The relevance of the study is stipulated by the necessity to understand large scope of works in the field of residential environment design at the present stage. Since Russian design is characterized by a high degree of canonicity in comparison with that of Europe, by reliance on national traditions and the high level of reflectivity, the need appeared to reveal its national origins in the modern designer\'s practice. Design as a multi-cultural phenomenon is subject to changes in its semantic content, thus current tendencies in the residential interior associated with national traditions are analyzed in the article. Moreover, substantial bases for its development opportunities are revealed. Hence, this article is aimed at disclosing the complex process of how the spiritual values of the Russian nation serve as guidelines in the modern Russian design practice.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of a static magnetic field (SMF) on proliferative activity and to determine the presence of porcine endogenous retroviruses (PERV) in porcine stem cells that are derived from adipose tissue with respect to their safety in regenerative medicine. Porcine adipose-derived stem cells (pADSC) were subjected to the influence of SMF. Three chambers with SMF of different intensities (0.4, 0.55 and 0.7 T) were used in the study. CD73, CD90, CD105, PERV-A, PERV-B and PERV-C were quantified using the qRT-PCR technique. An assay of the effect of SMF with a 0.4 T, 0.55 T and 0.7 T flux density on the viability of pADSC showed no statistically significant differences compared to the controls, thus confirming that SMF do not affect the proliferative activity of pADSC in vitro. Significant reductions in PERV-B copies were observed following the exposure of cells to SMF with a magnetic induction of 0.7 T. Moreover, higher flux densities seem to abolish the magnetic field-overexpression of PERV-A in pADSC. The results of our research may contribute to the development of theoretical and practical foundations of new method for culturing mesenchymal stem cell in vitro based on the use of a static magnetic field that is generated by permanent magnets in regenerative medicine.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Maturity, Financial Leverage on the Bond Rating as well as the impact on Yield to Maturity. Research data is annual data for three years observation period (2012-2014). This research is descriptive research and statistics. The population in this study are corporate bond that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. From 198 population of corporate bond, The sampling method used was purposive sampling, 58 samples of corporate bond has met the criteria to be the sample. The analytical method used in this research is data panel and measuring direct effect and indirect effect analysis. The results showed Firm Size and Financial Leverage has significant influence on the Bond Rating, however Maturity has negative influence but not significant. Firm Size and Maturity has negative significant ilnfulence on the YTM, however Leverage has a positive influence but not significant on the YTM. Firm Size, Maturity, and Leverage simultaneously are having significant influence on the Bond rating as well as YTM. The examination of indirect effect showed rating as variabel intervening could be considered to measure the influence of Firm Size to YTM

Broomrape (Orobanche cumana Wallr.) which is a holoparasitic plant infecting and reducing sunflower yield until 100% infecting the sunflower roots. This parasitic plant is considered as one of the most significant restraint for sunflower produce in areas of Turkey, the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine and China. There are eight known races of Orobanche. cumana parasitizing sunflower: A through H and new races spread out easily and quickly year-by-year. The purpose of this study was to assess the race composition of Orobanche cumana by microsatellite markers in order to determine the genetic variation of Orobanche cumana Wallr. population. This study revealed the degree of polymorphism of 24 polymorphic SSR markers. Also it showed that the Orobanche cumana population in Turkey is devised into 4 groups according to their geographic origin and 6 clusters according to their genetic diversity. This Orobanche cumana population collected from 8 locations in the Thrace region of Turkey and one location in Mediterranean region (Adana) contains 6 different races. It involves 2 race A, 2 race D, 2 race E, 1 race H, 1 race I and 1 race F.

This study addresses the influence of a unique combination of oxides (SiO2, Cr2O3, FeO, MoO3 and Al2O3) as a flux for improving the welding strength of 316L stainless steel. Geometric shape, surface appearance, weld pool temperature, oxygen percentage in the weld zone and microstructures are investigated. The recorded temperature of the weld pool of Activated Flux Tungsten Inert Gas (A-TIG) welding is found to be almost 500⁰C higher than conventional TIG (C-TIG) welding. The results established that the unique combination of flux powder improves the penetration depth and aspect ratios of the welded joints. The mechanical properties like hardness and tensile strength are found to be improved on using the oxide mixture. These outcomes can increase the productivity of metal fabrication process.

Purpose: \nThe purpose of this randomized clinical trial is to test three different type of injection for the treatment of lateral epicondylitis namely; autologous blood (ABI), corticoidsteroid (CS) and their combination (ABI+ CS). \nMethods: \n45 patients with lateral epicondylitis were randomly allocated into three injection treatment groups. Patients in ‘ABI Group’ received 1ml of autologous venous blood mixed with 2ml of 2% prilocaine HCl, patients in ‘CS Group’ received 1ml of 40mg methylprednisolone acetate mixed with 2ml of 2% prilocaine HCl, and patients in (ABI+CS group received 1ml of autologous venous blood, 1ml of 40mg methylprednisolone acetate mixed with 1ml of 2% prilocaine HCl. Patients were evaluated before injections and followed at 15th, 30th, 90th days using visual analogue scale (VAS), patient rated tennis elbow evaluation (PRTEE). \nResults: \nVAS score in CS injection group decreased tremendously in the first two weeks; however it started to rise again towards the final follow-up. In ABI and ABI+CS groups, the VAS scores followed a steady decline but ABI+CS group was superior to ABI group at each point of ffollow-up (p=0.0001, p=0.013 and p=0.021 respectively). All groups showed significant improvement in PRTEE scores during the course of follow-up. All patients in ABI and ABI+CS groups showed clinically significant recovery however 10 (66.6%) patients showed clinically significant recovery in CS group. \nConclusions: \nCombination of CS and ABI seems to be an effective treatment that combines fast pain relieving action of CS and long lasting regenerative action of ABI. Moreover, it is cheap, simple and free of complications.

This study aimed to determine the change in yield, total carotenoids and total antioxidant substances by months through identifying the optimal sowing time for the ‘Parmex’ baby carrot variety treated with KH2PO4 grown by sowing every month for 2 years. The investigation of the effect of sowing time on yield showed that the highest yield was obtained in the baby carrots (25160 kg/ha) sown in February. When the yield values were examined, it was seen that the priming application increased the yield compared to the control application, but did not affect the total carotenoid and antioxidant substance amounts. In both years, the highest total carotenoid values were observed in February (14.87 mg/100g) and the lowest values were observed in March (9.52 mg/100g). In both years, the highest antioxidant substance amount was determined in baby carrots sown in March (21.84 mMolTE/100g). On average, total amounts of antioxidant substances in baby carrots ranged from 21.80 mMolTE/100g to 17.22 mMolTE/100g.

A modification method to track a human face and facial features (nose, eyes, mouth and lips) has been investigated. Later on, an automatic extraction was done to extract the important feature points from the human face. In this approach, human face detection as elliptical area including the features inside this area were extracted. Meanwhile, several techniques were used such as enhancement, thresholding, edge detections and binarization techniques to achieve the aim of the suggested method. During the following step the nose region was detected and extracted as rectangular region in the elliptical human face by using threshold and binarization techniques on the extracted area then tracking the longest vertical line. Later on, the tip of the nose was extracted as a first face feature point.\nThe second feature in the human face presented as the longest horizontal line under the tip of the nose includes the mouth area which presents the bottom part of the face region; however the lips are detected based on thresholding the mouth area. Another feature points were extracted in the mouth area which represent the corner of the mouth.\nLast but not least, the eye regions were tracked and extracted in the area between the upper part of the ellipse and the tip of the nose, then the center of pupil for both eyes were extracted as a facial feature points. Further work is in progress to enhance these techniques to take place in real time images as well as apply them to recognize human face based on feature points

In the modern Tatar linguistics, a great interest is manifested to studying the language as a unique cultural code of particular linguocultural communities. Phraseological combinations used in the Tatar poetry that have direct lexical equivalents in the language can be extended in the contest due to the same circumstances as their lexical equivalents. The meaning of a combination itself is not replenished in any way, but such extension of boundaries of stable phrases can affect its meaning in a certain context by contributing additional sense aspects into it, which are absent in its general language variant. An attempt to discover the national identity of emotional sensations of the Tatar people is made in this article by using such general research methods as induction, deduction, observation, as well as analysis and synthesis of empirical materials. Phraseological units of the Tatar language with emotionally expressed components have been analyzed, which makes it possible to assess and evaluate how the Tatar people imagine and visualize the world. The findings of this research prove that in the Tatar linguistic vision of the world, as well as in the Eastern linguistic culture, the human, his emotions and speech are striving for a harmony by mutually complementing each other. Tatars’ life, routines and emotions appear to be seriously influenced by the Islamic traditions. The significance based upon a comprehensive analysis of phraseological units reveals the national specific vision of the world, the methods for nomination and segmentation of the emotional world, as well as the human image featured in the Tatar language phraseology. The research findings make it possible to represent such significance for the general theory of the linguistic science.

The aim of this work which based on a wind energy conversion system is that the optimal power available in the wind will be captured then will be provided to the electrical network as a constant as possible. With this intention, we will use a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control technique and a flywheel energy storage system (FESS). Both wind generator and FESS are based on a doubly fed induction machine (DFIM) and a three pulses cycloconverter. Simulations results will be introduced to check the performance of the suggested model.

The present article analyzes the media socialization as a synthetic expression of different characteristics of the social environment in the form of institutions, communities and values. The analysis is focused on media literacy as a key prerequisite of media socialization and as a requirement for adequate formation of social capital in modern societies in terms of dynamic sociality, high mobility, availability of various resources and community capabilities premised on the development of digitization. The paper traces the role of media, family, and the education themselves as important factors for media socialization. Social capital is shown as a dominant concept, related to media that are basic tools of education and socio-cultural processes in modern times.\nThe analysis is based on three rounds of European Social Survey (ESS) - national representative surveys carried out in 2006, 2009, and 2012/2013, that revealed changes in Bulgarian life in: social life, family cohesion, education specifics. The empirical basis of this article is supplemented with data from South-West university projects conducted in 2013 and in 2015.\nThe main conclusion of the article is that media socialization in contemporary Bulgarian conditions has a positive perspective through its development in digital realities.

In this paper, a novel steganography algorithm based on local reference edge detection technique and exclusive disjunction (XOR) property is proposed. Human eyes are less sensitive towards intensity changes in the sharp edge region compared to the uniform region of the image. Because of this, the secret message bits have been embedded in the sharp regions by local reference pixels that are located in the edge blocks. The predefined sets of pixels are easily identified with less computational complexity in the stego image. The embedding algorithm improved in terms of security and capacity using bit plane dependent XOR coding technique that makes least possible alterations in LSB bits of edge pixels. The existing edge-based steganography techniques provide better imperceptibility but relatively limits the embedding capacity. The proposed method efficiently improves the embedding capacity with an acceptable range of imperceptibility and robustness. The simulation results evaluated using full reference image quality assessment method, it exhibits better embedding capacity (bpp) compared to existing steganography techniques retaining the values of PSNR and structural similarity (SSIM).

The study here brings forth a new control strategy for the micro wind energy conversion system using the doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) tied up with a sensor-less vector control technique that regulates the rotor side converter, forcing the generator to function at a constant speed even with a variable mechanical input torque. Stator voltage and frequency remain constant contrary to that of fluctuating wind velocity. Rotor speed and position of the generator will be estimated by a model reference adaptive system (TARC-MRAS) based on two axes rotor current which is compared to the speed measured by the encoder to validate its proper execution. The speed estimator’s performance will be investigated during start-up, acceleration, and deceleration of the generator proving its usability. In the experiment a 5 hp wound type induction generator coupled with 5 kW dc motor is used. Performance of the proposed single VSC based DFIG along with a BESS and Dump load controller has been analyzed under different conditions. The proposed control scheme is also applied with a high rating DFIG based WECS to validate the technique. Tuning of the PI controllers has been done using internal model control technique. The rural area electrification will gain a terrific boost as the MWF conversion system is cost effective and also time and place for installation is much less. Remote areas where grid power is unavailable for electrification, this will certainly welcome development.

The European flat oyster, Ostrea edulis L, represents an important economically oyster production in Southern Italy, widespread in natural beds along the coast. The practice to be eaten raw is an everlasting concern for possible health risk, needing stringently to monitor the health of aquatic environment. A screening survey, for hystopathological examination, was undertaken by harvesting O. edulis from different sites along the Apulian coast: Manfredonia, Margherita di Savoia, Monopoli, Taranto and Tricase. Tissue samples of digestive gland, kidney, gonad and gill were provided for morphologic study in Light Microscopy (LM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis. LM observations revealed spherical cytoplasmic inclusions, as basophilic prokaryote colonies in about 5% of oysters. TEM and SEM confirmed the presence of intracytoplasmic inclusions of Rickettsia-like organisms (RLOs), merely in the epithelial cells of digestive gland tubule tissues of 13 adults. Within intracytoplasmic vacuoles, RLOs exhibited a prokaryotic characteristic ultrastructure with transverse binary fission, a DNA zone full of chromatin fibers and a granular periplasmic ribosome zone. O. edulis were found positive for RLOs in wild oysters from Manfredonia, while the other sites were found free of pathological inclusions. We present the first report of a Rickettsia-like infection in the Apulian wild oyster O. edulis from Italy, including an ultrastructural description and pathological characterization.

Remote sensing techniques are useful for the determination of agricultural areas, especially of commodities such as soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.], and maize (Zea mays L.). Nevertheless, the mapped areas do not always correspond to the reality, due to spectral confusion. The objective of this study was to develop a methodology to distinguish these two crops, based on the angular coefficients of logarithmic equations, adjusted to Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) time-series, in municipalities of the State of Paraná, Brazil, during the 2007-08 cropping season. The results have shown that in areas with steep slopes it was impossible to distinguish them due to a strong spectral confusion. However, in flat areas, it was possible to distinguish them. The spatially distributed results showed the municipalities separated in two different portions. The municipality located in the northern part of Paraná had its angular coefficients for soybean and maize statistically differentiated; the average angular coefficient for maize was 0.61, and for soybean, 0.38, with a Kappa coefficient of 0.71 and overall accuracy of 81.2 %. In the southern portion of Paraná, this perception was not possible because this area has hilly terrain and plantations in small fields, which precludes its distinction from sensor systems with a spatial resolution of 250 m like Modis/Terra.

Identification and analysis of human agony and economic loss owing to accidents plays an imperative role in preventing accidents by eliminating or controlling the hazards in industries. Despite improving accident avoidance and providing safe and healthy work environments, workplace safety still desires improvement. Workplace safety implies freedom from incidents that ends with injury, damage, or loss of life. Accident prevention not only depends on formulating safe mechanisms, but also on skill and attitude development, knowledge enhancement, and morale of industrial workers. Several industries in the public sector, private sector, and even small-scale industries take initiatives to ensure worker safety. To enhance safety in engineering industries, an exhaustive and full safety program is to be designed to avoid industrial accidents. This paper aims to design safety technical systems for arbitrarily selected industries in order to recognize the level of prevalence of safety in industries so as to make workplace safe.
