This paper establishes the presence or absence of chaotic behaviors in the nonlinear modified Lorentz-L\\\"{u}-Chen using the Atangana-Baleanu fractal-fractional operators. Moreover, we investigate the impact of the fractal-fractional operators on the system\'s behavior and provide insights into the underlying dynamics. Fixed point theory proves the Lorentz-L\\\"{u}-Chen existence and uniqueness under this operator. Furthermore, we applied a numerical power series method to solve the proposed models. To illustrate the applicability and efficiency of this suggested method, numerical examples are provided. To verify the results provided in this paper, a circuit schematic has been drawn and simulated.

AbstractDental tourism is one of the fastest-growing and developing sub-branches of medicaltourism. However, academic research in this field is quite limited. Moreover, the verylimited studies in T�rkiye, where the research was conducted, mainly focus on themotivations and destination preferences of dental tourists. This study is a survey-basedstudy conducted with dentists. The cross-sectional study population includes 310 dentistsat private health institutions in Antalya province, and the data were collected face-to-facebetween 2022-2023. According to the results obtained in the study, it was determined thatdental tourists mostly have implanted veneers, crowns, dental bridges and teeth whiteningprocedures. The study also determined that the dental tourism knowledge of dentists is ata reasonable level.

As a result of the recent widespread use of the Internet, individuals search for their questions or problems on the Internet. This situation has led to the concepts of e-health literacy and cyberchondria. The aim of the study is to determine the level of e-health literacy and cyberchondria seriousness of teachers who prepare children and adolescents, the youngest members of society, for life. The population of the cross-sectional study consists of teachers working in the Ayvac?k district of Samsun province in the 2022-2023 academic year (N=301). The sample of the study was determined to be 183, with a 95% confidence interval and a 5% margin of error. The study data were collected between 15.07.2023 and 15.08.2023. Three forms were used in data collection, and these were personal information form, e-health literacy scale and cyberchondria severity scale short form (CCS-12). In the study, 56.1% of the participants were female, 65% were between the ages of 30-39, and 48% had been working for 1-9 years. The mean score of e-health literacy was 3.69�0.80, and the mean score of cyberchondria severity was 32.08�7.98. In the study, a statistically significant difference was found between age and marital status in both e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity. In addition, a positive low-level relationship was determined between e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity (p<0.001, r=,158). As a result, age and marital status affect e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity. In addition, cyberchondria severity increases as e-health literacy increases.

The digitalization era is being sparked by Industry 4.0. Manufacturing companies are increasingly implementing Industry 4.0 as a way to boost customized productivity since they provide a number of benefits over conventional manufacturing systems. To keep up with the present level of market rivalry, manufacturing firms are quickly switching from mass production to customized production. The development of customized goods as well as increased operational flexibility, efficiency, and productivity are all made possible by the new technology available to manufacturing industries. The concern of why and how Industry 4.0 is needed for the new market is raised in this situation. So, a survey became required to learn more about the empirical investigations related to the term "Industry 4.0". This review paper covers the empirical investigation that has been carried out on Industry 4.0 implementation with the goal of better understanding these processes, by emphasizing the potential for future research.

Undeniably fuzzy set theory opens a right avenue to translate a vague concept into a lucid mathematical model. In particular this set is associated with a membership function whose range starts from 0 and ends with 1. Fuzzy sets have a wide range of applications in engineering , medicine, artificial intelligence.The key idea in fuzzy set theory is that an element has a degree of membership which attributes to the closed unit interval. Moreover fuzzy sets have no stochastic ambiguity. Rosenfield facilitated the study on fuzzy group theory in particular by introducing the concepts of fuzzy subgroupoid and fuzzy subgroup. In this paper the specific properties of Q-fuzzy subgroups were discussed.

This study is a comparative causal. Population in this research is the rural banks (RBs) are scattered throughout Indonesia, amounting to 1,653 banks, whereas the samples were taken 73 rural banks (RBs) are included in the assets of the highest ranked national scale. Analysis technique used was PLS (Partial Least Square). \nResearch results show that: Source of fund management a significant effect on financial performance; fund usage management have a significant effect on financial performance; Credit management no significant effect on financial performance; Assets and liabilities management have a significant effect on the financial performance of rural banks (RBs); Marketing management significant negative effect on financial performance; Monetary policy has no significant effect on the financial performance; and we found there is significant effect on the financial performance of the Company Value.

Spondylus limbatus es una especie bajo protección especial en México, de la cual existe poca información biológica y nada sobre estudios histológicos o citológicos de la gónada femenina, al igual que ningún otro miembro de la familia Spondylidae. El objetivo de esta investigación fue caracterizar la morfología ultraestructural de los gametos femeninos maduros y en degeneración. La gónada femenina de Spondylus limbatus en estado de madurez presentó ovocitos postvitelogénicos de 60-70 µm de diámetro, los cuales presentan el aspecto característico de células metabólicamente activas y altamente sintetizadoras. La membrana plasmática posee especializaciones destinadas a aumentar la superficie de absorción de la célula, los microvilli; el citoplasma presenta numerosos sistemas membranosos relacionados con la síntesis de material de reserva y secreción; y el patrón de organización nuclear altamente lobulado, y por consiguiente con una gran superficie que asegura el intercambio núcleo-citoplasma, se incorpora de forma estructural al proceso de vitelogénesis. Finalmente, se describen los cambios ultraestructurales resultantes de la lisis de los ovocitos: colapso de las membranas nuclear y citoplásmica, y presencia de células hemocíticas macrófagas.

Background. Dysphagia may delay the functional recovery and substantially affects the quality of life after stroke, mainly if lest untreated. Electrical stimulation has been reported as a treatment for pharyngeal dysphagia in recent studies, but the therapeutic effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(VitalStim®) therapy lacks convincing supporting evidence, needs further clinical investigation. \nMethods. 135 subjects were randomly divided into three groups: traditional swallowing therapy(n=45), VitalStim® therapy (n=45), and VitalStim® therapy plus traditional swallowing therapy (n=45). The traditional swallowing therapy included basic training and direct food intake training. Electrical stimulation was applied by an occupational therapist, using a modified hand-held battery-powered electrical stimulator (VitalStim® Dual Channel Unit and electrodes, Chattanooga Group, Hixson, TN, USA). Surface electromyography (sEMG), the Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA), Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS) and visual analog scale (VAS) were used to assess swallowing function before and 4 weeks after the treatment. \nResults. 118 subjects with dysphagia completed the study, 40 in the traditional swallowing therapy group and VitalStim® therapy group, 38 in the VitalStim® and traditional swallowing therapy group. There were significant differences in sEMG value, SSA and VFSS scores in each group after the treatment (P<.001). After 4-week treatment, sEMG value (917.1±91.2), SSA value (21.8 ± 3.5), Oral transit time (0.4 ± 0.1) and Pharyngeal transit time (0.8±0.1) were significantly improved in the VitalStim® and traditional swallowing therapy group than the other two groups (P<.001). \nConclusion. Data suggest that VitalStim® therapy coupled with taditional swallowing therapy may be beneficial for post-stroke dysphagia.

Abstract\nThe most widely used modality in pediatric cancer therapy is chemotherapy. The leukemias that occur in childhood usually are managed with chemotherapy alone. [1,2,10] Despite of a good therapeutic result, antineoplastic chemotherapy continues to be quite aggressive in children having neoplastic diseases.[1] Our study focused on the surveillance of toxicity of antineoplastic chemotherapy on 42 children between the ages of 3 and 18, with different stages of cancer. The statistical evaluation was carried out by chi square test. The most patients were diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (22 cases; 52.4%). The rest of the patients were diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma (9 cases, 21.4%), Hodgkin lymphoma (7 cases, 16.7%), osteosarcoma (3 cases, 7.1%), and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (1 case, 2.4%). The toxicity level, on a scale of 0 to 4, appears very high in the case of leukopenia (level 4, under 1000/mm3), in the case of anemia (level 4, below 6.5 g/dL), and in the case of granulocytopenia (level 4, below 55/mm3). By strict and standard monitoring of the adverse side effects of antineoplastic chemotherapy, certain correlations can be made regarding a higher or lower toxicity level of certain therapeutic regimens.

Selection of salt-tolerant lines of Barley is of high importance for maintaining production in salt-affected soils. Doubled haploid (DH) lines of the Tunisian variety \"Ardhaoui\", derived from anther and ovary culture, were generated in vitro under salt stress. Doubled haploid lines were subjected to irrigation with different salt concentrations (0; 5 and 10 g/L of NaCl). At maturity stage, yield-performance assessment was conducted by measuring tiller number (TN), spike number (SN), grain number (GN) and thousand grain weight (TGW) to evaluate the behaviour of DHs under salinity conditions. Data showed that DHs derived from gynogenesis exhibited the best performance in spike and grain numbers compared to androgenetic and in situ control plants irrigated with saline solution, which can be explained by the in vitro variation induced by salt during the regeneration in vitro. The selection of DH lines that tolerate salt could be of high importance in barley breeding programs.

The study investigated application of Project Management Standards & Processes in software industry by approaching Project Managers to document their expectations and perceptions based on gender. Project Management standards and processes are essential to reduce project failures due to complexities and turbulence in the software sector especially in emerging economies. The study enables to investigate responses of male and female project managers by documenting their expectations (prior to application of project management standards) and perceptions (after application of project management standards) as well as focusing on gender of the respondents. This research examined the feedback of project management practitioners in the natural setting especially focusing on gender in the local setting of Pakistan. The study is based on survey approach to collect data through a structured questionnaire from 143 participants to document their expectations and perceptions regarding project management standards & processes. A questionnaire in English was developed by considering existing literature and feedback of the project management practitioners who are working in various software houses. Collected questionnaires were entered in SPSS version by excluding incomplete responses for data analysis. Selected statistical tools were applied to conclude the findings of the study. Results reveal an evident gap in expectations and perception of project managers being less rationale and more sentimental/emotional. Findings indicate that Male segment is dominant than Female in the software industry due to specific social and cultural environment of Pakistan. However, there is no significant difference between expectations and perceptions of male and female project managers. Software Houses (industry) are growing rapidly in Pakistan and dealing in local, regional and international clients. Moreover, there are numerous projects (both standardized and customized) in the Software industry especially since inception of China Pakistan of Economic Corridor (CPEC) that necessitates an examination of application of project management standards and processes. This study could enhance understanding of researchers, practitioners, academicians and other stakeholders serving in software industry.

Taiwan is located in sub-tropical region with hot summer so that when a building is subjected to direct sunshine, rooms on top floor become extremely hot; the building shell and wall is still hot even after sunset. Hence, air conditioners with large cooling capacities are often used for cooling the building rooms and interior walls in Taiwan at the cost of consuming a great deal of energy that is extremely un-economic. Recently, applying re-generated or renewable natural energy to regulate indoor temperature is becoming popular because it provides an environmental friendly method to satisfy building heating and cooling requirements economically. The groundwater below five meters of the ground level has a constant temperature about 20 centigrade year round at central Taiwan. To reduce the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) loadings, a heat exchanger can be provided to apply groundwater for cooling a building. The ultimate objective of this research is to utilize renewable groundwater resources to lower building room temperature during summer so that a comfort living environment can be provided while achieving energy savings and maintaining environmental quality by conducting pilot-scale studies on detailed pipe network design and layout. Major tasks to be completed in this research include: (1) establishing a groundwater cooling system, and (2) understanding the influence of groundwater flow rate on the cooling efficiency by varying the model parameters systematically to conduct simulation studies on the building shell and wall temperature. The 20 centigrade groundwater with various flow rates analyzed for the cooling effect of this proposed system. The experimental results show that the flow rate of groundwater at 110 and 140 LPM result in indoor temperature reduction of 2 to 5 centigrade. Nevertheless, the flow rate of groundwater at 90 LPM, the indoor temperature cannot be reduced.
