This is an observation that, by its nature, can be very interesting to researchers involved in all aspects of headache and related pain, including clinical practice and pain management.\\n\\nOur patient presented clinical episodes of sudden visual alterations compatible with migraine with aura without pain. The process could be related to an episode that patient suffered in the childhood and to the malformations in the circle of Willis, the vertebral artery hypoplasia, or both. \\n\\nAn early angiographic study with migraine with aura, with or without headache, could contribute to the identification of structural abnormalities in the cerebral vessels and help us to understand the hemodynamic mechanisms that occur in patients with migraine.\\n\\nIn this sense, these studies allow us to propose preventive therapeutic approaches that reduce or correct the personal susceptibility. Furthermore, as pointed out by other authors, angiographic studies, could help us to understand the possible mechanisms that underlie migraine with aura and their relation to subclinical stroke.
Underwater Remotely Operate Vehicles (ROVs) were introduced to the college of engineering at the University of Hail (UoH) through the participation of the university?s engineering research group in the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) competition in 2013. The outcome of the participation was an underwater robot named Saudi ROV, which was designed and manufactured at UoH and funded by the university?s research budget. The purpose of this study is to utilize a 3D-CAD SolidWorks model for Saudi ROV robot in engineering education at UoH. The methodology of this study utilizes Kolb?s experiential learning model to facilitate underwater ROV robotics learning using 3D-CAD SolidWorks in the college of engineering at UoH. Students utilized 3D-CAD SolidWorks to simulate, evaluate and assemble ROV PVC structure and to manipulate ROV subsystems. Finally, the study tested the impact of these experimentations and contributes its findings to the knowledge base and courses on engineering manufacturing in the college of engineering at UoH.
To implement Knowledge Management in any organization, some kind of strategy should be focused and this strategy should be linked with the overall strategy to remain competitive in the business. This paper highlights strategy, Knowledge Management, importance of KM, knowledge strategy, KM strategies for Pakistani organizations. From literature review, two dominant strategies were identified as personalization and codification. These two strategies were linked with Porter five forces that shape strategy, Blue Ocean Strategy, Human Resource Management and Information Technology.
