The problem of the research is the lack of clarity of the amended Jordanian arbitration law with regard to the reasons that allow the arbitration parties to submit a request for the arbitrator’s challenge. The legislator set a general criterion which raised divergent positions of doctrine, ranging between those that support the criterion and those who advocate implementing the provision of Article 134 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In addition to discussing the modern English jurisprudence in which the arbitrator’s non-commitment to disclosure upon assuming its mission or before it is not considered a reason for challenging the arbitrator, which raises controversy about this new position and the extent to which it can be relied on.

Google classroom has various functions and abilities in preparing online learning that is useful in helping teachers when teaching, distributing teaching materials and assessing student’s assignments without using paper. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the google classroom for students who are doing an apprenticeship program in the world of work. The cluster random sampling method is used for two groups that are used as research subjects. The experimental group (n = 20) learned to use google classroom, while the control group (n = 41) learned to use the conventional method. The results of this study found that the google classroom group tended to score higher than the conventional learning group, both on the initial ability score and learning achievement score. The google classroom group got an initial ability score of 74.05 and a learning achievement score of 79.95. Meanwhile, the conventional method group got an initial ability score of 68.51 and a learning achievement score of 73.10. Thus, the use of google classroom plays a role in improving student’s achievement in automotive electrical system competencies.

The concept of CE is attractive approach and has great attention as a new way to tackle the sustainability problems. This paper provides an overview about the theoretical framework of the circular economy (CE) with the purpose of presenting its origins, schools of thoughts, definitions and determinants. Results evidence that the intellectual origins of CE go back to the eighteenth century, when many writers and authors concerned about the problem of overpopulation. CE is referred to 4 schools of thoughts which are: 1) Cradle to Cradle (C2C) 2) Performance Economy 3) Blue Economy 4) Bio-mimicry. After introducing its roots and the schools of thoughts, 3 determinants were introduced to help transition to CE 1) regulations and policy determinants 2) supply side determinants 3) demand side determinants. In summary the transition to CE offer improvements in production and consumption patterns, reduce our footprint on the environment and accelerate social equity.

The globe has now come to a point where it is unmanageable for humans to do any work without power. Therefore, the main motive of this paper is to ameliorate the quality of power. So, to enhance thequality of power, unification of PF,and lowering the harmonic distortion is required. This paper presents the improvement of power quality using a power factor correction regulator feeding a brushless drive with sensorless control. The converterconfigurations designed used here operates in intermittent conductionmode which acts as an inherant partto improve the quality of power. Abrushless drive fed using the powerfactor correction converter is controlled using hysteresis comparator technique which reduces the phase lag of back emf and improves the consistency of the system. Moreover usage of fuzzylogic improves the robustness of thesystem and enhances the consistency. A comparative analysis is done among the various converters with sensorless control of BLDC and the converter with better performance is analyzed based onthe PQ parameters. Also, usage ofbridgeless configuration of converter reduces the switching losses as the diode rectifier is partially eliminated. The designed system is validated throughexperimental results with wide range of control speeds and voltages. The obtained quality of power is under the acceptable limits of IEEE and IEC standards.

This article considers the problems facing the execution of the agreed settlement during the arbitral proceedings (consent award) particularly under Jordan Arbitration Law, other national laws and international arbitration rules. Consent awards will be enforced as any other arbitral award, as long as the disputed parties demonstrate that not only their settlement agreement is lawful, but also that it is not contrary to public order. The arbitral tribunal shall only have the right to reject the request of the disputed parties to issue a consent award only if it finds out that their settlement contains unlawful or illegal matters, and the disputed parties has no right to challenge such award unless it is contrary to public order.

This research addresses the principle of the rule of law in Jordan, and sheds light on the constitutional, legal, judicial and political guarantees of its application in the exercise of power. The analysis reveals the shortcomings of some constitutional texts and other Legislations concerned with shaping the rule of law in achieving this principle. This induction leads to identifying challenges facing the rule of law in Jordan by analyzing texts and identifying defects in the constitution as well as election , political parties, judicial independence and other relative laws.\nDiscussing the rule of law in Jordanian legislations in this research raises the issue of the predomination of executive branch over other branches, and discusses issues of power rotation. Eventually, this research come up with a conclusion including proposals to amend necessary legislations in order to make rule of law tangible fact, most significant of it is creating legal environment that enhance power rotation.

Background/Aims:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of palatal morphology on anchorage reinforcement during intraoral molar distalization(MD) with Nance appliance(NA) using three-dimensional model analysis. Methods:The material consisted of before(T0) and after(T1) digital models(DM) of 20 Class II patients treated with intraoral MD in which NA was used for anchorage.T0 and T1 DM were superimposed using the palatal area as reference via 3 points and the changes were calculated for left and right central incisors(CI), first premolars, first and second molars.Palatal morphology was evaluated at T0 on DM as palatal inclination, palatal depth angles, and anterior hard palate area.Wilcoxon test was used to evaluate the data and Spearman�s correlation analysis was performed to evaluate the relationship between palatal morphology and dental movement(p?0.05). Results:Significant premolar mesialization and MD were observed.Mesialization of the CI was found statistically insignificant.A weak negative correlation was found between the palatal inclination and the premolar teeth movement.Palatal depth angles and anterior hard palate area had no correlation with dental movements.The MD showed no correlation with premolar and CI movement. Conclusion:Presented results supported that the mesial movement of premolar teeth decreased as the inclination of the palate increased.There was no significant anchorage loss of CI.

The world has come together to face the challenges regarding the energy consumption and energy efficiency. In order to overcome these challenges, researchers have been focused on one of the most energy demanding sector worldwide which is the industrial sectors with electric furnaces, such as foundry industry. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance and impact of oxygen gas in the creation of a foaming slag during the melting process in induction furnace (IF). Results have shown an optimum of oxygen gas injection of 100ml/sec and from 50 to 42 min which is a gain of almost 12 min in time and the electrical energy consumption is reduced by 24.33% from 18.41kWh to 13.93kWh. The thickness of slag foam increases from 0.2 - 0.9cm during the experimental process and decreases the temperature on the surface of the foaming slag from 912�C to 878�C.

This paper explores the aspects relating to the registration of national domain names (.jo) in terms of legislative regulation, principles and procedures of registration of these domains, the objective conditions, the competences of the registrar of national domain names, and the court jurisdiction over hearing disputes arising from registration thereof. The study concluded to the necessity of amending the existing registration policy by issuing specialized instructions to deal with the regulatory and legal aspects relating to the national domain (.jo), expanding the secondary categories derived from the domain (.jo), expanding the competences of the registrar to ensure meeting all objective and formal conditions required for registration, along with the necessity of providing for the possibility of challenging the decisions issued by the registration authority with the administrative judiciary.

Abstract\nThe Jordanian Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 23 of 2016 stipulated crimes committed exclusively by doctors, but the provisions of the law did not provide a sufficient level of accuracy and provisions to control the responsibility of doctors, especially with regard to the veterinarian, the doctor who is temporarily suspended from work, and the doctor who keeps drugs in his clinic or in his car Likewise, the law did not clarify the responsibility of a doctor who does not have a license to practice the profession inside Jordan, so is he treated according to the doctors\' text or according to the general rules in the drug law.

This work explores the bifurcation scenarios of the quantum-dot (QD) semiconductor laser dynamics with an external cavity (optical feedback) using a dimensionless model where the dynamics of the ground and the excited states are examined in addition to the wetting layer (WL) are studied. It is shown that while chaos was reasoned, mainly, to ground state (gs) at low injection current due to fast interdot relaxation, it is reasoned to WL at high injection due to saturation. Time series for WL, gs, and excited state (es), and the bifurcation diagram are examined at different parameters.

The Flow Shop Scheduling Problem is a frequent combinational optimization problem, which is on wide engineering background and has been proved to be strongly NP-hard. This work considers the bi-criteria and tri-criteria of minimizing the makespan, maximum tardiness and total flow time. Hybrid Discrete Firefly Algorithm (HDFA) and Firefly Algorithm (FA) algorithms are employed. The proposed metaheuristics are computed using Taillard benchmark problems and compared with the CR heuristic and B-Grasp approach to check the efficiency of the algorithms. It’s concluded that FA algorithm chosen for small size problems and HDFA algorithm for large size problems
