This research deals with the definition of the concept of a limited partnership company in the Jordanian Companies Law and the share provided by the limited partner and his commitment to provide it. It discusses the responsibility of the limited partner for it and the limits of the responsibility of the limited partner for this partnership. And the extent of the responsibility of the limited partner if his name is mentioned in the company’s title, since this type of company is based on personal consideration, and the limits of this responsibility for the company’s internal and external business. And recommendations for this study, all in the Jordanian Companies Law.
Mediation is a mean used for resolving conflicts in criminal cases. It involves holding negotiations between the victim and the convict. The Public Prosecution Office is involved in this process. The success of the mediation process shall lead to providing the victim with a compensations for the damages derived from committing the crime. It shall lead to determining the method of rehabilitating the convict and closing the criminal case. That means that the judiciary is involved in the mediation process. However, the mediation process aims to reduce the amount of burdens enforced on the judiciary. Thus, it is beneficial for the judiciary, because it aims at resolving conflicts in a peaceful manner.
A Buddhist meditation center in Taiwan uses a natural smoke exhaust system to remove smoke from the meditation hall on the fifth floor. The ancient Chinese architectural style of the center limits the effective area of the smoke exhaust vents to only 1.1% of the floor area, violating Paragraph 7, Article 188 of the Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Equipment Based on Use and Occupancy [1]. The numerical simulation of performance-based smoke control is used as the basis of designing smoke exhaust systems for review and approval by Taiwan’s National Fire Agency. The post construction evaluation of such systems’ operational efficiency mostly involves visual inspection. This study used instruments for smoke measurement and quantitative comparison. Full-scale hot smoke tests involving fire sources in different locations were performed. The results are comparable to those of the numerical simulation.
The result is that the Jordanian legislator, unlike his Bahraini counterpart, not only regulated the seller\'s franchise in the general rules, but also regulated this right under the rules on the contract of sale. Under both the general rules governing the seller\'s right of concession in the Jordanian and Bahraini civil laws, it is required to establish a right of concession.\n The Jordanian legislator added to these conditions a further requirement under the rules on the sales contract that the buyer should not have died penniless before the price was paid and after the sale had been received.\n On the other hand, the Jordanian legislator, unlike his Bahraini counterpart, has run counter to the legal regulation in the Civil Code of the seller\'s franchise and the provision in the insolvency law under which the seller\'s franchise is extinguished to the sale of the price and its attachments if the buyer\'s insolvency is declared to be known prior to the performance of the price, whether or not the latter is being sold, and whether or not the buyer is being credited to the buyer.
Objective: Occupational heat stress is a one of the major issues affecting workers’ health and performance in tropical countries such as Malaysia. Traffic policemen who ride motorcycles are usually working in a hot condition environmentally where the outdoor temperatures are high during their working hours. This then can lead to a progression of symptoms on the body and can result in heat rashes, heat exhaustion, dehydration, heat syncope, heat cramps and heat stroke. \nResult: The purpose of this study is to determine and differentiate the physiological parameters between before the start of shift, after 2 hours of working and after 8 hours of working among respondents.\nConclusion: Traffic policemen in Kuala Lumpur were less exposed to high temperatures where the temperature was 28˚C. Therefore, there was a significant difference (p<0.001) of body core temperature, diastolic and systolic blood pressure, and heart rate between before shift, after 2 hours of working, and after 8 hours of working.\nKeyword: heat stress, traffic policemen, Kuala Lumpur.
This study investigates the impact of globalization (defined as phasing-out of the MFA/ATC) on working conditions of textile & apparel workers in general and female workers in particular for Pakistan. We found that the impact of the elimination of the MFA/ATC on workers of the textile & apparel sector is negative and statistically insignificant. The working conditions of workers in textile & apparel sector are not different relative to other sectors. While female working conditions deteriorated as a result of the MFA/ATC phased-out relative to male and compared with other industries. Our findings are robust in a sense that the direction of the impact remains the same and statistically significant even after performing sensitivity analysis. We also controlled for provincial heterogeneity, the results showed minor correction in magnitude but remains negative and statistically significant. We also addressed treatment selection bias by performing Propensity Score analysis and found similar results.
Paddy (husk) grains are the most important concerns to understand the behavior of physico-mechanical properties and seasonal nature due to commercialization. The aim of research was to study the effects of loading, moisture dependent’s on the shearing failure of paddy textures with a view to understand its stability during milling, processing, deformation and storage. The experiments were comprised into three paddy (husk) textures (Mehak, Shua92 and 19/A NIA), moisture (12.0, 14.3 and 17.1%) and loading dependents (3, 6, and 9 mm.s-1). Furthermore, loading dependents were employed by attaching the fabricated shear blade with a probe through texture analyzer. The results showed that the highest shearing failure was obtained for Mehak at 12.0% on 3 mm.s-1; while the lowest corresponded to 17.10 % for 19/A NIA at 6 mm.s-1. Thus, shearing failure of paddy textures was highly significant (p<0.05) at 17.10% on 9 mm.s-1.The highest bulk density of paddy textures was measured at 17.7% for 19/A NIA, while lowest corresponded to 12.0% for Mehek. Present research findings have been revealed that the physico-mechanical properties of Paddy (husk) grain should be considered for designing of harvesting, processing and storage of industrial machinery and their applications to the related industries.
The industry of oil and gas (O&G) suffers from delay to get enough information about equipment in case of maintenance and delay in communication between stakeholders. With the highly increasing of the data of oil and gas (O&G) industry the concept of Internet of Things (IoT) become a must to be applied to sense and monitor every area of O&G operations. The proposed system aims to solve the problems that faces the oil and gas (O&G) industry by allowing stakeholders to get much information about the (O&G) operation. The system helps in preventing the loss of money from the lack of unavailable information. Also the system helps in improving and developing the operation of maintenance procedure to get a high quality of service
