Native chicken is one of the local chickens in Indonesia. Many chickens are kept by the \npeople of Indonesia as a producer of eggs and meat. Generally, the management of \ndomestic chicken rearing is external or public. Native chickens are usually given \nleftover feed or bran and will look for their own food around the house, garden and even \nforest. This research was conducted in Southeast Sulawesi with sampling locations \nnamely Kolaka Regency, North Kolaka Regency, Kendari City, South Konawe Regency, \nand Muna Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the rate of introgression \nand genetic diversity of the external genetic characteristics of native chickens. About \n1750 native chickens were observed, with 875 males and 875 females. The variables \nthat will be observed are fur color, plumage color, feather pattern, feather flicker, shank \ncolor and comb shape. The method used to analyze the rate of introgression of exotic \nbreeds of Rhode Island Red, White Leghorn and Barred Plymouth Rock, native genes of \nlocal chickens, and genetic diversity or heterozygosity value. The results showed that \nthe highest percentage of gene frequencies in native chickens were colored feathers (ii), \ncolombian plumage color (ee), golden feathers flicker (ss), striated feather pattern (B_), \nblack and gray shank color (Idid). The authenticity of local chicken genes in native\nchickens reached 41.35%. The highest introgression rate was influenced by the Barred \nPlymouth Rock chicken gene 51.42%. The heterozygosity value of native chicken is \nstill high, namely 42.68%. To complete a set of their characterizations, further studies of \ntheir quantitative properties and molecular composition are required.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementation of Corporate Governance and Bank Characteristics on Financial Performance through Profit Management of Conventional Banks in ASEAN. The population of this study is conventional banking in the ASEAN region, especially Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam from 2015-2020. The results show that corporate governance has a significant effect on earnings management, bank characteristics have a significant effect on earnings management, and earnings management has no significant effect on financial performance. The findings of this study are a model that relates corporate governance and company characteristics to the practice of banking earnings management in ASEAN.\nKeywords: Commissaries independent

The electrokinetic treatment (EKT) has been proven to be an effective and successful method for desalination, decontamination, dewatering, improvement, remediation, strengthening, and stabilization of problematic soils. The technique uses a low direct current through electrodes to migrate charged ions from ionic electrolyte solutions by pore fluids through the very low permeable soil and invariably altered the soil mineralogy to desirable properties. The EKT method applies to a wide range of soils under existing structures, requires no drilling or disturbance of adjacent soils, and with proper configuration requires less technical expertise and equipment. The EKT comes with lots of drawbacks concerning corrosion of electrodes, cell configuration, uncertain energy consumption, loss of energy with time, cost irregularity, choice of EKT materials, and no standard procedures. Therefore, this method is seldom considered as an alternative soil treatment option with its enormous potentials. The aim of this paper is to highlight the challenges often encountered in EKT method, suggest remedies and recommendations and provide guides to researchers and engineers using this approach for laboratory studies and field applications. A better understanding of these drawbacks, remedies, and recommendations will enable geotechnical engineers to design, formulate, standardize and configure the EKT procedures into more efficient and viable method of low cost and time duration that is useful for a wide range of deficient soils and soil conditions.

In the high level-speed urbanization and modern automobile technology, road traffic accidents and traffic risk have become a severe mistake in India roads. Drivers’ functioning error and risk-taking behaviour is a major cause of traffic accidents. Under this condition, the demand of drivers’ traffic safety evaluation keeps increasing, mainly for professional drivers like passenger drivers and alerting drivers to new road root. This work suggest a data mining framework of drivers’ traffic safety evaluation utilizing drivers’ personal information, traffic violations and traffic accident data files. Model validation and result explanation are given, showing the reasonable and usefulness of our proposed approach.

In the present research article, we investigated the slip flow of an unsteady incompressible Oldroyd-B fluid model. The electroosmosis and the pressure gradient have been seized for the stimulation of flow. The progress of the fluid is treated to be\nas passage composed by two micro-parallel plates. The potential difference alive between hard surface and the fluid is taken to be non symmetric. The governing equations are established for an Oldroyd-B fluid by using newly defined Caputo Fabrizio fractional derivative. We used Laplace transform for converting the problem into spacial coordinates after proposing the geometry free variables. To find inverse Laplace transform, numerical Stehfest algorithm is used in place of promoting an analytical expression for it. The conventionality to ensure the validity of our\nobtained results has been done by taking their tabular comparison of two different (Stehfest and Tzou) algorithms and also by graphical simulation. The conclusions are also illustrated in terms of graphs and carry the report of slip flow effect as well as some pertinent parameters on the velocity of the fluid.

In this article, a brief overview is given of how the Greek word \"logos\" appears, and in this case Greek, Jewish, Christian, and contemporary views are examined.\nThe Greeks, by them originates the Logos, used this term for many meanings, including: word, speech, intellect etc. By the Jewish theologians and especially Philo, Logos is equivalent to the Prophet, and in terms of Christian theologians, the Logos is the same as the \"Word of God\" or Christ and the second person of the Holy Trinity or \"Son\", which is divine, and substantial like God the father\". In contemporary times, Logos has found many meanings as, for example, Hegel\'s \"Spirit\", and Derrida\'s \"writing\", and Tillich’s \"manifestation of God\", are some interpretations of it.
