The study analyzed the marketing analysis of tomatoes in Ogun State. The data for this study was obtained from 150 tomato marketers randomly in Lafenwa market in Ogun state with the aid of interview quide. Lafenwa market was purposely selected as the study area because both retailers and wholesalers were found in the study area. Data were analyzed using descriptive, budgetary analysis, benefit cost ratio (BCR) and regression analysis. The result of the descriptive analysis showed that the mean age of the marketers was 44years, 69.39% of marketers are female with mean household size, years of education and marketing experience estimated at 4 persons, 8 years and 7 years respectively. Based on their marketing activities, 58.9%, 45.3% and 88.0 % of the respondents were tomato wholesalers, purchased tomatoes directly from farm and sell both round and oblong tomato types in the study area respectively. Constraints encountered by tomato marketers includes price fluctuation (84.0%), tomato scarcity during off season (94.67%) and spoilage due to lack of storage facilities (97.0%). Budgetary analysis revealed that tomato marketing is profitable with BCR of 1.46. Regression analysis revealed that purchase cost, transport cost, storage cost and labour cost had significant effect on quantity of tomato sold. The result concluded that tomato marketing is profitable in the study area. The study recommends that tomato marketers should pool their resources to reap the benefits of economies of scale. Also, policies and strategies that lower marketing cost should be vigorously pursued
Magnetic Nanoparticles Hyperthermia Treatment (MNPs HT) is the type of cancer tumor treatment. MNPs HT depends on two main branches, the first is the Magnetic Nanoparticles (MNPs) and the second is the external Alternative Current Magnetic Field (ACMF). The MNPs characterize by using the X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) or/and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) or/and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The MNPs size used in MNPs HT= (10 -150) nm, while the frequency of the ACMF= (0.1– 1.0) M Hz. Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) and the Induction Heater used to determine the magnetic and thermal properties of MNPs respectively.
Let k be a commutative ring and assume that R is a commutative k-algebra. Let Omega_2(R) be the second order universal module of derivatives of R. In this paper, we introduce and investigate the function from Omega_2(R) to Ext^2(Omega_2(R)). Also, we searched some new homological structures of second order Exterior derivation of modules.
Irrespective of the nature of the software, the choice of a software development process plays a crucial role. A good choice may help expand the business to heights while a bad choice may wreak havoc for the stakeholders. Therefore, selecting the right software development process is an indispensable element during project planning. Undoubtedly, web-based applications differ from conventional software and are becoming so popular in society due to their distinguishing features and widespread coverage. Web application software is generally found fit candidates to be developed according to agile software processes. This article attempts to provide a model for advising an agile software process during the planning phase of a web application development project. The proposed model takes into account the underlying web project characteristics and uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) along with TOPSIS techniques for suitable agile candidate selection. The model is also validated on a primary dataset obtained by developing twenty web application projects through four student teams. The results show that the proposed model is successful in suggesting a correct agile process with a probability of the order of 0.8.
One of the pharmacy inventory activities is by making decisions on how\nmany inventory units of items will be provided by pharmacy companies. Practical\nof inventory management by managing inventory properly and optimally can\nanticipate ordering excess or possibly lacking items. The purpose of this study is to\ndetermine how much the next number of items purchased. In this study using the\nFuzzy Inference System (FIS) with the Tsukamoto method to determine how much\nthe optimal number of inventory units. The results showed that using this model\napproach to obtain a value of 0.011% can be considered in helping companies make\ndecisions.
Objective: To determine the reliability of the FMS test and sexual differentiation in the results of the FMS test and to indicate the values of injury risk cut-off scores in FMS for male and female individuals from the average population of physically active young people not involved in high-performance sport.\nMaterial and methods: The study examined 89 physically active individuals not involved in high-performance sport: 42 male participants aged 20.52±1.1 years, and 47 female participants aged 20.05±0.68 years. We used the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a questionnaire concerning the previous injury history of 12 months preceding the study, and IPAQ questionnaire (abridged version). The interclass correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the FMS test and a receiver operating characteristic curve for cut off FMS scores was calculated.\nResults: FMS test showed perfect agreement. The values of injury risk cut-off scores were 14 points for male participants and 17 points for female participants. \nObjective: To determine the reliability of the FMS test and sexual differentiation in the results of the FMS test and to indicate the values of injury risk cut-off scores in FMS for male and female individuals from the average population of physically active young people not involved in high-performance sport.\nMaterial and methods: 89 physically active individuals not involved in high-performance sport: 42 male participants aged 20.52±1.1 years, and 47 female participants aged 20.05±0.68 years. Functional Movement Screen (FMS) was conducted. A questionnaire concerning the previous injury history of 12 months preceding the study and IPAQ questionnaire (abridged version). The interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to evaluate the reliability of the FMS test and a receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) for cut off FMS scores was calculated.\nResults: FMS test showed high reliability. The values of injury risk cut-off scores were 14 points for male and 17 points for female. \nConclusions: The FMS test is a highly reliable research tool. For the average population of physically active young male and female individuals not involved in high-performance sport, the cut-off score values in the FMS test should be evaluated separately between sexes to determine injury risks.
The growths measures of the main branches of a vine have been served at the presence and at the lack of secondary branches for two varieties of grapevine (‘Red Globe’, ‘Alphonse Lavallée’, , \'Kabyle Aldbert\', \'Bouabar des Aures\' and \'Ghanez\') in two different ages (at the beginning and at the full production) and in two different regions (the experimental parcel of the university of Skikda and the demonstration farm of ITAFV from Emjez Edchich). The results have shown that:\n-The branches, where the early branches were clipped, they increased quickly (the growth rate is high) and grew up to a higher length than the branches with their secondary branches.\n-The merithal numbers are high for the branches where the early branches were clipped.\n- The stoppage of the growth of branches is observed in the stumps with their secondary branches, two weeks before those in which the secondary branches were clipped.\nAs a result, the secondary branches exert a correlative inhibition on the growth of their main branches.
Disruption is a major change or critical point that occurs in the world today, which covers almost all aspects of life. It is characterized by the use of information technology. Indonesia is an agricultural country, in which around 30.71% of the population work in agriculture in 2015. Generally, the agricultural system in Indonesia from upstream to downstream at the farm level is still conventional and not yet connected and integrated with information technology. The research aims to identify and produce a description of the conditions of ownership and the level of accessibility of farmers to agricultural information technology. The results of this study can be used as a strategy for empowering farmers to improve accessibility to information technology. This research was carried out through a review of literature, by tracing trusted secondary sources, such as scientific journals, related government documents, and books. The results show that 56.92% of the Indonesian population had used cell phones, but only 9.76% of the population worked in agriculture. Some farmers empowerment strategies were carried out with three approaches, namely through human empowerment by optimizing the role of millennial youth farmers while empowering information technology resources is done by increasing the ratio of smartphone ownership to farmers through credit schemes from Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE), and increasing applications in smartphone for agriculture. Then, it is necessary to empower institutional resources by applying the pattern of integration of digital development in the countryside with village programs, and the integration of digital kiosks with village posts. Optimization of empowerment requires direct and indirect support, both at the local and national levels.
