There have been many research and development studies on the use of biodiesel fuels in compression ignition engines. In recent years, studies with ternary fuel blends formed with different additives to improve the performance characteristics of diesel/biodiesel fuel blends have gained importance. In this study, D80B20, D50B50, D30B50S20, and D30B50G20 fuel blends were formed by mixing biodiesel obtained from canola oil with pure diesel, solketal and butyl diglycol at different ratios. These fuel blends were tested in a compression ignition direct injection diesel engine at a constant engine speed of 3000 rpm and different engine load conditions and their engine performance, exhaust emission and combustion characteristics were investigated. In addition, the thermal and exergy efficiencies of these fuels were calculated as a result of thermodynamic analyses using the results obtained in experimental studies. Improvements in combustion performance (in-cylinder pressure, heat release rate, rate of pressure rise and cumulative heat release) and exhaust emissions (CO, HC and smoke) were observed with the addition of solketal and butyl diglycol to diesel-biodiesel binary fuel blends. Exhaust gas temperatures increased with the addition of solketal and butyl diglycol to the binary fuel blends. In the thermodynamic analysis, the lowest exergy destruction and total exergy losses were calculated for D30B50S20 fuel. Therefore, the highest thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency were realised in D30B50S20 fuel.
In developing nations like Malaysia, where there is a huge potential market for online businesses, the adoption of mobile commerce, or m-commerce, is still in its infancy. If Malaysia fails to seize the potential presented by the adoption of m-commerce, it would be more susceptible to economic upheavals. Therefore, it is crucial to carry out research on the variables influencing the adoption of m-commerce in Malaysia. This article aims to investigate the relationship between government support for m-commerce adoption among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the service industry and performance expectancy. This study used a quantitative methodology, and 396 SMEs in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor that had previously used m-commerce provided primary data via a self-administered questionnaire. PLS-SEM was used to evaluate the data, and the results showed that the suggested model, which is regarded as strong, explained 58.4% of the variation in the dependent variable. The outcome demonstrates that government support and performance expectations have a major positive impact on SMEs\' adoption of mobile commerce. The results of this study can help other scholars understand how SMEs in Malaysia are adopting m-commerce.
Business failure is a very important subject that has been extensively studied by researchers from a wide range of disciplines; this work presents a theoretical reflection on the concept of failure, its explanatory approaches and its major direct and indirect repercussions. It presents two major contributions. Firstly, we look at the various studies that have investigated the reasons behind the onset of failure. Secondly, as regards the Moroccan context, this paper presents the impact of the default on Morocco, in particular: the regions most affected, banks, employment...
Transnational orientation is very important, especially how people view the transnational world and their perception of social distance between countries and regions. The concept of transnational is also understood as a form of social networks between communities and between countries. This paper seeks to see the transnational understanding between the two countries by looking at the connectivity of the relationship between the two countries which is limited by sea crossings. By using the quantitative and qualitative approaches as a form of multidisciplinary study, this paper attempts to conduct a transnational inventory, especially between the two countries, Indonesia and Singapore, specifically between Singapore and Batam. In addition, there is also similarities between the two countries with transnational background on the basis of proximity of border sea crossing transportation between countries. By using some sea ports as spatial landscape to connect the two countries which has social networks in many sections
Light, heat, oxygen, moisture, ozone, atmospheric pollution, and biological effects are the most important effectives that wreak chemical degradation on polymer structure. Chemical degradation on polymer consist of problems such as discoloration, brittleness, surface cracks, perspiration, crumbling, smell, and surface acidity. The aim of this work is to improve the resistance of polystyrene (PS) material to chemical degradation. For this purpose, PS is coated with silica sol-gel hybrid coating. Silica sol-gel was synthesized by using vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMS) as a cross-linker and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a silica source.Firstly, four different pre-treatment techniques (oven, vacuum oven, lyophilizer, and freezing) were studied to determine the most suitable pre-treatment technique for the coating on the PS substrate of sol-gel prepared with the initial formulation (S1).A freezing techniquegave the best results for a coating sample. The change of surface colour of the coated PS was measured byCIE L*a*b* methods. Secondly, the most suitable curing agent (Irgacure 184, Irgacure 819, Darocur 1173, and TiO2 as the crystalline anatase phase) was chosen to coat the sol-gel on the PS.It was determined that the lowest yellowing of the PS surface was a hybrid coating with UV curing of TEOS sol modified by VTMS and TiO2 as photo-initiators. Finally, the chemical and morphological structure of the coated PS samples was determined by FT-IR and SEM instruments, respectively.
This paper is a bridging among soft set theory, set theory and AG-groups, in which soft intersection AG-group (abbreviated by soft int-AG-group) is defined and investigated. The concept of soft int-AG-group is further extended to define the notions of conjugates soft int-AG-group, normal soft int-AG-group, e-set and $\\alpha$-inclusion of soft int-AG-groups. Various properties of these notions are investigated and supported by relevant examples that are produced by GAP.
In general, the concept of polynomials of degree less then or equal to r with coefficients from Zn (group of integers modulo n), is associative and commutative under the binary operations of usual addition. While, in this paper we define binary operations on polynomials of degree <=r with coecients from Zn, which are nonassociative and non-commutative, and thus form various AG-groupoids and AG-groups of dierent properties.\nThe constructions of these structures are provided and various properties of these structures are investigated.

Concrete is very common construction material but cracks are often appeared in structures that pose a threat to the durability and ultimately the structural integrity of concrete. Extensive work has been carried out in past on utilization of CFRP as repair material. But none of the research has been carried out to determine the effect of layers of CFRP on flexural strength of RCC beams. This work presented an experimental study to strengthen the Reinforced Concrete (RC) beams using sikawrap 230-C as a Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) wrapping with sikadur-330 as bonding material. The comparison between single and double layer of CFRP is of interest in this research. Six, small scale specimen reinforced concrete beams were repaired with CFRP and tested under three point bending test. Load deflection behavior along with crack propagation and failure of beams were also studied. Experimental results shows that beams repaired using CFRP wrapping achieved higher flexural capacity and ductility as compared with reference beam. Also further results shows that increment in second layer of fiber cause around 4-5.2% increment in flexural strength and results in higher ductility of RCC beam
Science is a way to understand and control the world where we live. Science Education enables us to make teaching and learning easy. Education policies at national level are the representative demand and the desire of the nation for overall development. Education policy translates its vision through the curriculum. The study under consideration examined all the national education policies of Pakistan since 1947. The study explored and compared the worth and weight what the education policies reserved for the development of science education, particularly at secondary level. All the national education policies (1970, 1972, 1979, 1992, 1998 & 2009), national education conference 1947, commission on national education 1959 and proposal for new education policy 1969 had deeply expressed the concern over the quality of teaching and learning in science in their respective periods. All the national education policies rightly conceived the demand to shift science education from being studied as a matter of facts and organized body of knowledge to a well-equipped approach which will adopt science as a method of study of nature. In practice, it bore less fruit because the system of education is traditional, curriculum and assessment are examination-based and examination is memory-oriented instead of testing concept formation and thinking development. All the efforts were no more than paper and lip services because of poor implementation of policies, faulty strategies, insufficient financial allocation and inappropriate training.
Let Y be a Banach space and A = (Ar)r?Z+ be an operator-valued sequence acting on Y. Let W = {W(l,r) : l ? r ? Z+} be a discrete evolution family associated to A. In this manuscript, we prove that the family W is uniformly exponentially stable(i.e., there exists a positive real number ? such that the family {e?(l?r)W(l,r) : l ? r ?Z+} is uniformly bounded) if and only if it is l?(Z+,Y )-exact admissible, i.e., for every sequence h = (hr) in l?(Z+,Y ) with h0 = 0, the solution of the discrete well known Cauchy Problem (0.1) yr+1 =Aryr +hr+1, r ?Z+, y0 = 0, lies in l?(Z+,Y ). The approach is di?erent from that given in [6], while similar characterization for uniform exponential stability that is cited in the above paper is obtain for other certain Banach spaces of sequences. The same results are also stated for autonomous version.
